Didn’t make the changes I asked for on reply to the first proof and just sent the artwork anyway and when I emailed again just said ‘glad you are happy with your piece’. Which I’m not as I can’t gift it as intended as it doesn’t reflect the correct people
I received my print a lot quicker than expected which was perfect timing for my fiance's birthday. He loves it and it is uncanny how similar it looks like the both of us and our dogs! Beautifully created and fits perfectly in a simple mounted frame I got from Sainsburys. Thank you very much, highly recommended and the comms were great too.
